Beautiful views over the North Sands beach, elegant and spacious flat with large sunny terrace. Flat well equipped including with board games and tennis rackets for a tennis court which was 2 min away. We enjoyed bikes and golf nearby and lots of children activities on nearby beaches. Salcombe is a lovely postcard village with shops and cafes. Good communication with the owner who advised hikes to Bolt head and afternoon tea. Enjoyed our stay!

I can’t recommend this place enough!! The interiors were high-end, cosy and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. We had partial view of the see and our little garden with a BBQ grill. The location is excellent, it’s quiet yet accessible to facilities and amenities, one minute walk to a playground, 3 minutes walk to the center- which is super handy with children. The owners were friendly, helpful and resourceful- they were able to organise high end yacht tour that was not available online! I highly recommend the Booty, definitely coming back!
