Tge staff were very attentive. The room - Jacobean - was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The bedding was lovely and we enjoyed the tea, coffee and treats provided in the room. The breakfast was outstanding, everything you could want was included. Great location with good parking and right in the middle of town.

Boasting garden views, The Surveyor's House Tetbury features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 18 km from Cotswold Water Park. Featuring luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The property offers barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

- The house itself was fantastically decorated, with an eclectic collection of antiques in every room. - The location of the property was fantastic, in the heart of Tetbury. - Parking wasn't an issue as there are plenty of places to park for free in town (I parked on Gumstool Hill, about a 5 minute walk from the property). - There was a nice big bath tub to soak in. - Lots of space! As well as the large living room on the first floor, there is also another living room on the ground floor which could be used as a kids' play area. - Despite being on the main road, it was pretty quiet inside the house. - Large kitchen/dining area with essentials (tea, washing up liquid etc.)

This property had exactly the cosy family feel I was looking for at Christmas. It was great to see a Christmas tree had been added and some mince pies left for us! We enjoyed exploring the local area shops and cafes. Everything very close and walkable.

Comfortable rooms , friendly service nothing was to much trouble from Nat and her fantastic team, we stayed there with other members of our family the night before our sons wedding, even gave us the use of an upstairs lounge area to ourselves so our 1 year old grandson could have the freedom to play , I would highly recommend a stay here and we definitely return 10/10 x

This is a perfect hotel for a classic stay in the Cotswalds -- small and historic with lots of charm, central location in Tetbury (can walk to everything), amazing food and drink service, lovely rooms, relaxing outdoor space, kid-friendly (had a rollaway bed ready for our 3-year old), dog-friendly (didn't bring our dog but saw several others), and parking available. Certainly a highlight of our time visiting the area!

For the price I paid here, I was just expecting a functional hotel room, with slightly nicer decor. What I found was a luxury boutique hotel in a beautiful Cotswold town - I got upgraded to a superior room (room 2), which was one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in! Beautifully-furnished, large, and a very comfortable bed. The woman at reception was super helpful from check-in, to sorting my dinner needs - there's a great courtyard and patio too. Can't wait to treat my parents and brother's family to a stay here!

Lovely spacious family room with a TV and freeview channels for the kids. Great en-suite facilities. Enjoyed the Uley beers in the cosy and quiet pub. A very comfortable and welcoming base for us to visit family locally. Would recommend.
