The concierge was very helpful as well. The resort is surrounded by nature and wonderful frangipani plants. The nature surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax. The FS app is excellent! The staff is extremely helpful no matter if you are inside of the hotel of outside of the hotel .they will help and guide you no matter the time and place .Uluwatu is 30 min from the hotel and you can find very beautiful beaches with cristal water.The concierge will help you with all the informations. There were no mosquitoes and the evenings were so peaceful and relaxing by the private pool.
