I liked that it is not directly on the beach, but in a quiet side small street. The host was very nice, absolutely professional, the way she treats guests should be taught. I liked that there was always music playing in the hall and reception. The breakfast was delicious, I did not experience any noise from the neighboring rooms, which many people complained about in the reviews. I felt very comfortable here.

I travel and fly on business a lot, and I can say with confidence that the owners care about the hotel and the high level of service for guests! You will feel it in everything. I was especially pleased and surprised that on the day of departure there was heavy rain, big traffic jams and I could not order a taxi. I really didn't know what to do. The owner of the hotel personally drove me. He took me in his car and drove me personally. Special thanks for such an attitude towards their guests!!!

There was a small problem with air conditioning in our room that happened during our stay, and it was fixed in less than 24h. Every staff member has been very helpful and polite. Our room with sea view was very clean - just like whole hotel. I can recommend stay in Hotel Lido to everyone.
