We had a incredible good time at Villa Epi. Marco, the owner of the house, is very nice, super helpful, always available. There is no way to do the job better. The house is realy good and clean. It has a beautiful garden and the location, directly at the beach is gorgeous! You have 25 min footwalk to Sperlonga at the beach or an a good sidewalk. By the way, sperlonga is also beautiful. We got a nice little breakfast and coffee as often as we wanted. In addition, we were allowed to check out later because our room was available and the weather was wonderful. Thank you!

The apartment is new and is equipped with everything you might need on your staycation in Sperlonga - AC, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, tea, soaps, you name it..The manager/owner was extremely kind and left us extra towels for the beach. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Usually we’re very picky on how clean/new/comfortable the places are. But this apartment literally didn’t give us any reason to complain :) The location is perfect too. The beach is 5 minutes away from the apartment, as well as the supermarket. All the nice restaurants of the old town can be reached in 10-15 minutes by walk. Finally, the apartment had a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view on the mountains.

This B&B is perfect! Located right on the beach, it also has an amazing garden which provides shade and comfort. This garden is a perfect place to relax and rest in between the swims, especially when the beach gets busy. The hosts are very kind and sweet, every morning they were preparing really nice breakfast to us. This place has everything for a perfect relaxing holidays and it is also located walking distance from the center of the town.

The host Daniel meet us personally even we arrived at late hours. The apartment was easy to locate under the instructions provided by the host. The apartment and the whole hose are very new, recently build with all necessary equipment, even more than we expected. Daniel was so kind to let us to move to a higher floor apartment with amazing sea view. Our stay was great as we had everything we need in the apartment, Daniel was always available for any questions, Sperlonga is very nice cosy town.

The location was perfect!! It was walking distance to the beach and the town. The amenities in the apartment were great. The apartment is very well maintained and very clean. Giulio was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He met us on our first day and showed us all the amenities in the apartment and gave us tips about the beach and the restaurants. The pool with the diving board was an added bonus for our kids. It was a great vacation for our family. We can’t wait to go back again. We highly recommend Vento Verde!!
