Absolutely everything! Adelaide was the most amazing host. We couldn’t ask for anything more. She cooked us a beautiful breakfast in the morning (croissant, cheese, prosciutto, scrambled egg, toast, spreads) and made us a delicious dinner at night. She was so lovely and accomodating. Fabulous accommodation. We had deluxe double room. The room is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. Bed very comfortable. Large bathroom with soft towels and robes. This room has a sunny terrace with table, chairs and parasol. The pool and gardens are lovely. Plenty of parking. Easy to find from the ring road and convenient for the city. The staff are great. The hotel is gorgeous and we had a very pleasant stay, though it was short. It's in a renovated monastery with olive tree gardens, the view from our big room was fantastic, and the inner courtyard next to the breakfast room is fabulous (not to mention the breakdast itself). We would definitely come back for a longer stay because there are many nice places to visit.

Location was excellent as we travelled to/from Elvas by bus. Hotel was very clean. Staff were very pleasant. Building is full of character & really interesting. Breakfast was excellent: varied, plentiful and very good quality. Overall, our stay was excellent value.
