Apartments were real high quality, clean and well accommodated. Fantastic pool available to the guests at the terrace as well as pool table which provided fun activities for the evening. Location of the object was great, about 100m to the beach surrounded with restaurants. Great location also allowed to move around the island quite easily. Owner of the Blue House was a real nice person, greeted us right up front and provided any help that was needed.

It was our eighth stay on Madeira Island and the best accommodation so far. A great renovated house, we were shown everything in detail and we also learned a lot about the history of the house. Veronica and her family were the best hosts, providing us with fresh fruit. You can expect a very clean accommodation there, surrounded by bananas, with a private parking lot and plenty of space to relax. Simply a little oasis with a sea view, the sound of the sea and lots of privacy. We will definitely book the house again on our next vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Lidia's place. The view from the balconies is fantastic. Ponta Do Sol has some great restaurants and the the town is very pretty. Communication with the person managing the property was also really good and they were super helpful. The apartment has a secure parking bay so you're not searching for street parking if you rent a car like we did.

It has a nice terrace with great facilities for barbecue. Everything was very clean and we were welcomed with a awesome gift basket of local goods by which we felt really welcomed. Upon request Carlos provided additional child equipment like kids bed, high chair, towel and even some toys :-). Which was really valuable for us!

The location was convenient too for exploring the island and we loved having the pool and outside space to enjoy. The host, Davide, although we didn't get to meet him was very responsive and helpful and even refunded some of our accommodation due to us arriving three days later than planned due to a cancelled flight (something which we didn't expect but greatly appreciated).

The appartment was clean, very big, with everything, that we needed. The host is kind and helpful. We appreciated regular breakfasts and suppers at the terrace with the sea view. And of course, Madeira is spectacular island.

It was fantastic to arrive here and to be so well looked after. This house is truly stunning and gives you the feeling you may just live there for the days you are there. Lots of cosy corners to retire too. Quiet. Yet only a short drive from the nearest town. My teenage son said: “I feel at home here. Sad to leave the place”

Generally you need a car, as the property is located high enough, though you can walk down to the beach, which takes 30 mins. Really helpful managers - Christian and Margaret. Great view from balcony. Barbecue facilities, though we didn’t use them, as there are plenty of restaurants in Ponta do Sol and Ribeira Brava.
