The hotel is excellent, great beach and swimming pool area, with a pool bar and a slide in the kids pool. The staff was super helpful, the on-site restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. The decor and amenities are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was also kind enough to arrange a doctor's visit for our 2.5 year toddler.

Absolutely beautiful, immaculate gardens and the beach front pool. Bar, and restaurant are still in my opinion the best on Chaweng beach! The food is both western and authentic Thai food....The need to wander about looking for real Thai is unnecessary, it’s right here at the hotel! Wonderful rooms with great packing place and super quality sleep.... Great en suite shower room very thoughtfully designed . Staff service awesome 👏 5* and THANK YOU ALL AT BANANA FANSEA RESORT! This hotel offers one everything, and its location on the long beach certainly is the best swimming!

Best property in koh samui. Staying at Eranda was the highlight of my vacation. From staff to accommodation to view to pool everything was absolutely perfect. The infinity pool was so clean and comfortable that we hardly left it. Cleanliness of the place just added more to it's perfection. I would not chose to stay anywhere else but Eranda every time I visit samui.

Super pet friendly. Pet towels and water and hygiene bags available for my fur babies. Rooms extremely clean and private. Staffs are very friendly, and room gets cleaned fast while we take dogs out for a walk. Have a big piece of lawn for your dogs to play with, and the sois in the compound is fun for a dog walk. Pets are also welcomed on the beach. A perfect stay for us dog owners. Very much appreciated the stay, we been traveling quite a lot with our two English bulldogs in Thailand and so far this is my top 1 favorite pet friendly hotel.

the Location was just perfect for me! On the "quiet side" of Samui but nevertheless with all comodities around the hotel ! Breakfast very good although stated "just" continental included but it was more than that ... with additional local dishes , just eggs extra ... but that was no problem for me!

When I didn't think it could get any better, I moved this time to the secret chapter rooms, and I was very impressed. The food was awesome, the rooms were spacious and great it was like my own little mansion. I would say here each time I come to the island. I love it here! everything is A+++++

It’s located close to the airport and main town. You can walk about 5-7min to Central Samui. We came early but reception staff helped us to check in right away. She was very kind and helpful. They light incense next to the door, it seems for mosquitos. I personally liked it. Private main door only for us, neat room condition and lovely amenities. Blanket and pillows are clean as well. You can also try the Thai traditional bath. Also, the coffee capsules: they had decaffeinated one which I loved about. Other tea selections are great too. Staff! Whoever I met in Buri Rasa, they always smiled at me saying hi. They’re all super friendly and helpful. Every single staff were great. We enjoyed the happy hour beer in the bar and great dinner too. Breakfast has diversity of Asian/ Western. Even music made me realize I’m on vacation. Pool is clean and cozy. Easy access to the beach. Everything was gorgeous! I’ll come back for sure.
