We liked the location. Close to everything but yet out-of-the-way of everything, nestled in the woods next to a small river. The Christmas lights were very nice and when we arrived it was snowing. Coming from Florida we couldn't of asked for a better Christmas present.

Location was fantastic, just 5 mins drive from RMNP entrance. Nice and quiet at night and close to amenities. Spacious accommodation, perfectly clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Location great for Rocky mOUNTAIN National Park. Resort is stunning, on the river. we had the Mills room and it was fantastic. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Staff was great at check in.

Great property next to the river. Rooms are cozy and well equipped. The fire place is great and it is east order firewood on the tablet in the room on which you could also order drinks, get helpful information and quickly check out. Rooms were well equipped with everything we needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good laundry facilities (you can buy washing powder at reception). There is also a computer and printer for guest use.

It’s a very nice condo with fantastic river view and sound. Clean, modern and located close to the RMNP. Very good and easy contact with the owners.
