Located in Hill City, Black Elk Resort features a a Taproom, shared lounge, garden, and free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground.

We had a great time. We had no idea there was so much to see right there. So close to Mt. Rushmore. The room was perfect for the 4 of us and the staff was incredible. So friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Here at Mountain View Lodge & Cabins we take pride in our exceptionally clean, cute & cozy family owned and operated Lodge. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.

The breakfast was good for eating on site or taking away. There were many places to eat it on location. The coffee was excellent. The owners were very friendly and sociable plus gave us good information about the region. The location was perfect and the view was so relaxing. We wished we had had more time to enjoy the outside amenities. We would love to go back and stay longer at this location.

These are very well build and designed cabins in the woods just outside of Hill City. Very peaceful place to stay that feels rustic and in nature in the middle of very busy and tourist Black Hills. We really love the Black Hills area and this helps us enjoy being there. Is relatively close to Rushmore, Jewel Cave, Deadwood, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, ATV rentals, 1880 Train, riding some of the fantastic gravel Michelson bike trail, etc, which we did all of and more. A very good value if you have six or so people with you.

The attendant at the front office was very nice. She made it "easy peasy" for check in and check out. It was right in the middle of the Black Hills, SD and provided good scenery. They had many amenities on the property, including a recreation area.
