I don't usually write reviews on my stays, but I must HIGHLIGHT how GOOD this place is, the photos that are here in Booking do not honour the reality of this hotel, it is simply spectacular! They take care of all the details, the hotel is located in a nature reserve near the Villarrica Volcano (they have a viewpoint to see it), the facilities are straight out of a movie, the rooms are excellent, the attention of Cata and Alejandro makes your stay even more pleasant. To rate this place a 10 would be petty, this place is a 20 all the way!

We stayed in the treehouse it was amazing on the river huge deck overlooking the river. Loved the hot tub also with the great views. We stayed in an adorable tiny cabin! It was perfect for us, since we suddenly found ourselves isolating with Covid. The ingredients for breakfast were brought to the cabin each evening, allowing us to get up, cook, and eat on our own schedule. The kitchen was very well equipped and very functional. The location was very quiet and secluded - perfect for exploring Huerquehue National Park. The host couple was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!
