When you stay at OKU you really feel the attention to detail: Staff - the staff were ever-present, ALWAYS smiling and friendly, happy to have a chat and incredibly attentive. On this note I have to give a huge shout out to Claudia on the guest experience desk. She quite literally arranged EVERYTHING for us - boat trips, transfers, restaurants, you name it. Despite my many emails, she always replied quickly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. On this note, if you are planning a trip, book everything in advance, as it's nearly impossible to get a table at certain restaurants on the day. The hotel and pool - the hotel is split into two sides, the family side and the adult side. Everything, rooms included - was impeccably clean. The split was perfect - if you wanted some quiet time, the family pool was great. If you wanted a bit more atmosphere, the adult pool was ideal. The energy was built throughout the day perfectly - at the adult pool, there was nice chillout music until midday (I loved being at the pool early, when it was quiet). From 12pm the music energy picked-up slightly, and from 2pm the DJ started. I was worried that it would be too chaotic by the pool, but they got the balance just right - the DJ set had a perfect vibe - it wasn't out and out day club partying, but enough to make people have a good time, without being too much in your face. No issues ever getting sun-loungers or beds. If you do book this hotel, I'd recommend clearing at least one full day to hang out by the pool. We did this on the 3rd day, spending the entire day by the pool, and had a great time. Like all staff, the team by the poolside were ever attentive (without being too aggressive), giving you space but always on hand to bring over food, drinks etc. The breakfast was superb, as was the restaurant. The apartment it was so big with a nice view! everything so clean . For sure I’ll back there the next trip !

Perfect location with a great terrace on the roof to enjoy during the day or at sunset. Clean and well-designed rooms. A very tasty and broad selection of food for breakfast. Tasty lunch. Kind service. If you stay there - go to Cala Bassa beach. Wonderful spot, especially before afternoon.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was quiet and great for relaxing. Sauna was fantastic!

The pet-friendly hotel has an outdoor pool and sun terrace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the snack bar. It all was just so fantastic! Especially the service on the pool and restaurant was outstanding! The whole hotel with surroundings was so beautiful. Very spacious rooms for a good price. We will definitely come back!

Set in a building whose façade is lined with vegetation, the rooms at the Manolita feature a safe and a private bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. The location! The service! The level of clean environment! Fresh and the stuff at the reception cared and advised about every detail :) Even on the last day I could take a shower after the beach day although the check out was at 11 - I could still come back to the hotel and pick up my luggage and shower. They also offered me a beach towel and an umbrella after check out - free of charge! I will definitely come back!! 🙌🏼☺️
