We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the kitchenette was sufficiently equipped since we were travelling with a 2-year-old. Our room had a pleasing view to the pool and the surroundings. The area was very quiet at all times, minutes away from the main street, the sea and restaurants, so the perfect spot to relax. The pool was beautiful, good size and as crowded as we 'd personally like. Our baby would not get out of it. The property's aesthetic was to our liking and so relaxing to simply look at it. Great work by the hosts who were all very personable and friendly.

Great selection of local beers and spirits to drink directly on the pool. The owner provided us a room for a free late check out and a cheap transfer to the airport.

Fee WiFi access is provided throughout the property. I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. The hotel is divided into two main areas with their pools and some housing that is spread on the hillside. I stayed in 3 different rooms and loved everyone. The team was amazing and upgraded my stay. In the end, I received a double story Vila on the main pool which would have been good for a whole family in a great price. The team was INCREDIBLE as they accommodated my every request including assistance with renting a car, extending my stay and more. Specifically Eleni Dimitris, the frontdest manager, and also Vannesa, Anesa and others who helped. Breakfast was very nice and versatile, and food at the restaurant is really nice. The main pool is a bit cold for me but it has a really nice atmosphere with nusic and a cocktail bar with Panos making great cocktails. Absolutely recommend!
