The Stables was an amazing place to stay. So clean, had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy! We felt right at home and relaxed which is just what we needed. The view was outstanding!!! Wished we could have stayed longer definitely will be back!

The farm house is a gorgeous house with an upstairs loft with 2 beds and a huge bathroom. Everything you need for a stay away. It has an upstairs deck with an amazing sunrise view. Our boys loved the horses and dog. The creek was a hit with all the family as well. Clive the owner was great with our boys letting them feed the horse and helpful with things around the property. Pam and John were wonderful hosts, welcoming us to the property, inviting us to feed the highland cows and meet their dogs, and popping by with some homemade nectarine jam on our last day. Quiet, rural surrounds in Strath Creek, fields and trees, a barbecue for guests and an outdoor pool for hot summer afternoons. A short drive into town and the new general store, The General. The Kerrisdale Mountain Railway is also nearby with rides on Sundays at 11am and midday. A perfect weekend away with our toddler!
