Situated in Aswan, just 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum, Nubian Farm Aswan features beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden, a bar and free WiFi. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The farm stay has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Nubian Farm. We arrived in Aswan really late at night and they still arranged to ferry us across the river and gave us a delicious lemon drink on arrival. The place is colourful and peaceful, and the breakfasts were hearty and delicious. Mahmoud was very helpful, spoke excellent English and organised a small day trip to the Nubian Village, Elephantine Island and the Botanical Gardens for us.

Good and unique Nubian style room. near some branch of Nile river. spacious, private and quiet villa for 3 people. electronic mosquito killer which is rare in Egyptian hotels. good air-conditioner. comparatively good price with other choices in Aswan. Guess this is because the avg price for Aswan hotels is high.

This place escaped heaven and made a branch out of it by the Nile bank. Amazing, the location, the staff, the serenity, food, the cleanliness of the room, the room style and decorations! AMAZING!

Nice secluded location on an island (possibly) in the river Nile. Very exotic with rural surroundings & a village with farms just behind the guest house. U have to hire a motor boat to reach there, so it is a good idea to do your sightseeing in the city Aswan before you check in as the boat service is neither prompt nor cheap.

location of the Nubian farm is beautiful - it’s on the nice and green part of Nile and behind are the most beautiful desert dunes! we walked to sights like St.Simeon monastery and Tombs across the desert and we’d recommend you do the same. farm offers free boat rides (which are beautiful) to and from the farm, but organise them with the owner upfront. might not be responsive immediately.

Nubian style stay in the middle of a rural village. Great experience. Manager Padro organised private car for our day trip to Abu Simbel and to Luxor at a reasonable (tourists) price, although you do have to pay in dollars.

Wonderful guesthouse in a quiet location away from the bustle of Aswan. Elephantine gives you a glimpse of rural life in modern Egypt. Bayt Zaina was a very relaxing stay and the staff were friendly and available to help at any time. Would love to stay again!

I had an amazing time. They have the friendliest staff that make you feel like instant family. The food was incredible and they will literally help you plan whatever you want to do. They genuinely want everyone to have a great time. A cross between a camp and a farm with the Nile as your backdrop, this is how to really feel like a local in Aswan. I go back whenever I can.

I took the upper room, which had its own terrace with Nile and desert view. I enjoyed a lot watching the boats on the Nile while having breakfast or a tea on the terrace and the rural atmosphere (the guesthouse is surrounded by rural, small farmers houses). The guesthouse is simple and authentic, a five-minutes walk away from the ferry. The brothers who are running the guesthouse are always very helpful.

The view is magnificent, the owner is super nice and easy to deal with, food that you order is local food cooked nearby. The location on Elephantine Island is perfect - you are in an old Nubian village with farmlands, so it feels very rural but just 5 minutes walk away is a ferry over to central Aswan. Also, the WIFI outdid anything we had gotten in central Luxor. Will come back!
