The resort itself was very rustic. There were ongoing upgrading works but that didn't affect our stay. We managed to walk towards the back of the resort and get onto the padi fields, to walk on the actual bunds on one of the mornings. We bumped into friendly local farmers and had a refreshing walk as a family.

The Villa layout was fantastic everyone got their own personal space and we all loved the private pool immensely. The ambiance of the area was great, lots of bird life and rural farm life sounds and smell.

Wayan and Made are super motivated to make your stay to a entirely satisfying experience. We enjoyed the food which we received at the terrace of our bungalow. All of the staff are exceptional and Erna the manager will help you arrange anything you need. A unique accommodation suited for people who prefer rice fields to a nightclub . Loved being surrounded in nature from supreme comforts of stunning accomodation. We lived in luxury for only 3 days but it felt longer. Our souls were nourished in every way at Stone house. Especially Gero and staff cooking. Oh and Tino and Rini’s massage. And Erna’s amazing service. And Lulu, Violet and Bella and…. And …. Genie in a bottle bathroom near the pool…. Wendy’s recommendations locally. So accomodating. So worth coming back next visit to Bali
