The arrangement and furnishing of the room made it our ideal hotel room, comfortable yet compact and with space for what we needed. The room had a big window with green tree branches outside and lots of nice daylight. We enjoyed that we could sense the street life below. Also the location was great on a lovely and busy corner in the green Koregaon Park district. The adjacent vegetarian restaurant had nice food in big portions and was a nice alternative for going out. We want to come back!

What was special was the layout: I liked the separate caretaker houses, which afforded more privacy. Also, the outdoor verandha was very beautiful and comfortable- a perfect place to relax with friends! Very well maintained historic property, showcasing great Maratha culture. Restaurants, surrounding hills, lawn, Ganpati temple, audio tour, museum and farm lake are nice to explore.
