Always wanted to stay at a place like this. Perfect location, out of nowhere, dreamy farmhouse vibe but it is actually fully functioning farm/ hotel/restaurant! Loved the goats sound to wake me up in the morning and two lovely dogs my daughter loved to hang out with. It just adds so much to beautiful Iceland trip. I’ll only stay at guesthouses if I ever return to Iceland again.

I loved this farm house it was way bigger than expected and way . Beautiful and modern rooms with a farm style atmosphere. I would 10/10 stay here again. The breakfast was great. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable multiple bathrooms and were very clean. Probablythe best shower i have taken in Iceland . The views were amazing. The dogs were friendly and lovely.

The reception and dining area are newly renovated with a warm and lovely farmhouse decor. Continental breakfast in the dining room was spacious and nice. They added a lovely touch of home made tuna mayo and jams in their selections.

Loved our stay on the farm, and being able to walk to see the sheep in the farmhouse and pens. Beautiful setting and landscape, very relaxing and peaceful. Standard double Room was nice and clean for our 1 night stay, compact but it is a longish room so had plenty of space. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and buffet breakfast was superb as well. Staff very nice and hospitable.

Great farmhouse stay in the country, convenient location for exploring the southern coast. The rooms are cozy with just enough space to add the extra bed we needed one night of our 3 night stay. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was very good, and the skyr was excellent. Loved hearing nothing but the sheep, goats and birds!

Very nice farmstay with lovely hosts! Room wasn't large, but big enough and has a sink, which was useful. Beds are comfortable and shared bathrooms were super clean, no matter what time of the day, even though they were fully booked! You can dine in for an affordable price, which I highly recommend, because it was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was great too! Otherwise, the shared kitchen is well-equipped and spacious. Ample free parking space on the premises.

The hosts and staff were lovely, and the food was delicious (if so pricey that we could not do dinner more than once out of our three-night stay). I loved the locally grown, tasty food on volcanic soils, especially the potatoes. We are vegetarian and I am mostly vegan, avoiding gluten and dairy, so breakfasts were a bit of a challenge, but it was a farmhouse so I didn't expect an urban vegan nirvana. All in all a delightful stay.

Very nice farm stay, family run (nice people). Very nice room and great communal kitchen. Dinner was tasty and fresh (meat from the farm) but on the pricey end.
