We were delighted to receive such a warm welcome from Samantha and the La Rosta team. Help with bags was swift and much appreciated. Our room was light, bright, cosy, and had an excellent en suite bathroom. We had a delightful view of snowy mountains in the distance. Parking was convenient, off-road and close to the rooms. The restaurant booked us in and we enjoyed a delicious regional meal in the company of a lively, friendly bunch of fellow diners. Home away from home. So close to the archaeological delights of Aquileia, especially the marvellous basilica and the fascinating Porto fluviale. Very happy all round. Thank you.

The breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful. The host was very friendly and helpful and the room was new. We appreciated the fact that the windows had screens so we could open them for fresh air without getting mosquitos or flies. They had their own restaurant and farmers' market as well.

Donatella at the facility always responded timely to my messages and made special accommodations that my friend and I each had our own bed. The facility is peaceful and quiet in a very nice country setting with several horses nearby. It is also within walking distance to the airport. Donatella aslo picked us up from the airport train station and showed us how to get around. Since our flight was very early, she booked a taxi for us, which showed up right on time and made our return trip less stressful. Overall, a very nice stay and wonderful experience!
