Perfect place to stay with a family. There is a beautiful large garden with olive trees and lots of nice picnic areas.House is very unique with and super clean. Rooms has everything to have a perfect peaceful stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay for 2 nights in this wonderful place was more than perfect! We highly recommend to try the restaurant, every evening the hosts are preparing delicious dishes with local fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is fantastic, the room was really clean and cozy, we also enjoyed the view over the sea by drinking the homemade wine. The location is quite close to Cinque Terre, we made 20 min by car to Levanto and then we took the train for another 10 min to reach the villages. Thank you for everything and we are looking forward to come back!

Great view of the sea, quiet, great local italian food, very friendly and helpful staff. A definitely new experience for me comparing it to the flat beach places. You will definitely remember it.

Situated not far from Moneglia, the accommodation offers a gorgeous view (that you can even enjoy from a hottub, that you can book, free of charges!). The appartement was cozy and contained all that's needed to enjoy your stay there. Our host was incredibly welcoming and kind : we advice you to trust his recommandations, he really does know the region! He also offers shuttle services to the city center if you wish to.

Everything. Clean, comfortable and spacious Lavender room with a terrace overlooking the surrounding valley and hills, and a partial view of Levanto. The gracious shuttle into town. The breakfast and most especially the kindness of Mario and Ilaria who run the place with such love and care. Also their son who does the lovely boat rides to visit the Cinq Terre villages from the sea.

Lindmark 瑞典

Very sweet owner that will try their best to help you with anything during your stay. A very nice house near the centre of Levanto, a 20 minute walk (barely uphill) with a lamb, cats and pigs walking around the area. A small breakfast included in the fridge (two yoghurts, two packaged croissants and two chocolate minipies) and cleaning of the room daily. Loved the stay! Will be coming back!

I really enjoyed staying at Fabios Place! He went out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. The perfect host!!! Very helpful and friendly and kind :) The room was spacious, modern and super clean, Bed was very comfortable. Really nice and relaxing lounge Area outside of the house and the shared kitchen was spacious and very clean as well. I didn't miss anything there. He even provided a little simple Breakfast in the Morning. Very quiet and cute area. There is also free parking outside when you are traveling by car. Grazie di tutto, Fabio! :)

Franca, Laura, Lorenzo & Sweet 'Black' (the dog:) were the highlight of our stay...more on that in a moment... L'Amandola itself is just perfection. The grounds are beautifully set in the hillside of Levanto among grape vines, lemon & olive trees and other beautiful plant life - the fruits of which you'll find readily available to enjoy directly at your breakfast table (figs, lemons, olive oil, etc.). The rooms and interior feel like you're visiting a family friend -- rustic & warm decor with a Tuscan villa vibe. Donkeys (although quite elusive!), chickens and the resident dog 'Black' were a joy to see every day! We stayed as a party of 6 (4 in one room, my parents in another near the pool) -- our room was spacious, beautiful the view from our room of the surrounding vineyard was stunning! And...we had AC:)) Never crowded with other guests, we were able to really feel 'at home' on the property. We absolutely loved the house-made cakes at breakfast (among the other delights!) and the special tasting dinner by the pool was just lovely. Back to the staff: France welcomed us with the warmest, brightest smile upon arrival and didn't stop giving us her joy the entire time:) Laura was fabulous and kind as well and we loved teasing Lorenzo with our over the top Italian impression of his name:) Absolutely wonderful people. Our kids (11 & 15) couldn't get enough of Lorenzo's dog, Black - we all fell in love with him:) Excellent location to visit Cinque Terre (train is just a few minutes away from the property) and explore the Liguria region. The people...this place...helped us create very special memories for my family and parents.

One of the most memorable stays we had in Italy. The rooms are modern, the view spectacular, and the breakfast incredible. Great communication from the hotel on every aspect!
