Everything was wonderful. The whole place feels quite new and modern. The location is pretty central for southern Tuscany and Grossetto - the biggest city in the area is 15 minutes away by car. The views of the place are of farms and rolling hills. They also have lounge chairs for each room, so it is very comfortable. It is attached to a restaurant which has pretty nice homemade dishes.

The house is beautifully renovated by Lia and her husband and the garden and terrace are very pretty. At the end of May, there are a lot of fireflies, birds, butterflies so the atmosphere is magic. It is very close to the sea and to the beautiful village of Peretta where you can have dinner. Lia is a wonderful and hospitable host and she gave us brilliant tips about what to see and how to do it. The breakfast is also very good.

The beauty of the property and grounds was surpassed only by the kindness of the people. Marco and Marta were extremely gracious hosts. The property is immaculate and they care they take land meticulously. Their gardening is an inspiration for nature lovers. We learned a lot about the plants and the climate as well as sustainability. In addition, the food was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed trying wild guinea prepared by their son, Jacobo.

This farm is absolutely amazing! Apartments are very comfortable, fully equipped even with coffee machine. We also loved garden and pool - all cleaned and maintained. Perfect location: 2 minutes to Magliano (grocery store, restaurants, cafe), 30 minutes to Grosseto, Maremma, Pitigliano, beaches. I can recommend this place also for kids as there are animals - cats, dogs, horses, fish. Hosts are very kind and friendly.

I already made a point reduction for the lack of beer........... But Marco assured me that he will look carefully until he offers also beer in his house :-) At this stage, nothing is missing - the accommodation is sensational in every detail. As I understand, the agriturismo is constantly being expanded. We will be back and are curious what will become of it!
