Host Alessandro was incredible warm welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us, whether making us a plate of pasta, organizing a cooking class in the home, preparing a meal if we ordered it, making breakfast, showing us the renovations in progress. Can't recommend this masseria more! It was a wonderful visit and we wished we had stayed longer than 4 nights. We stayed in the trulli with balcony and it was quite spacious and extremely quiet with the thick walls - even though we were right next to the breakfast area we couldn't hear it until we stepped outside. Davide was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. Breakfasts were a highlight of our time in Puglia, and their red wine in the room was also the best we had in Puglia (all three of their wines were fantastic!). We arrived on a Tuesday night and took advantage of a wonderful farmer's market in Martina Franca on Wednesdays - bought cheeses and nuts and vegetables we used later to cook pasta and have snacks. Good restaurant recommendations and the towns are so quick and easy to access. Stunning environment. Great pool (note- it's not heated!), other guests we met were friendly. We traveled with a 2 year old and they were very helpful with a crib and high chair as well. I hope we return!
