Everything was perfect. Excellent for a family traveling with young children due to the extensive range of games outside. Also the pool was fabulous with the most beautiful context. Also the breakfast was amazing - everything fresh, homemade and excellent quality. Location perfect due to 5 minute drive from great beaches. One of my daughters cried when we had to leave! We will definitely return!

Brand new beautiful and cozy apartment. If you are traveling by car or bike the location is excellent. A beautiful seaside is a few min drive, parking at the seaside is easy. A supermarket is 3 min drive. The area is very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Micol is a great host, very helpful and friendly, communication by WhatsApp was very fast and easy. Highly recommend

Wow....this is the first thing that comes to mind when you arrive at Tenuta Santa Trice. The location is absolutely beautiful. Set on top of a small hill, the big, historical building is surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. You can hear locusts everywhere which is what you would expect from the Tuscanese countryside. Although the place is set in the wilderness, you can quickly get to the main sites around ( Elba Island, Barrati and Populonia ect....). Good restaurants in Riotorto are also easily accessible. The apartment was huge and extremely well kept. It easily accommodated a family of 4. All the main amenities that you would expect from a 4* hotel were readily available. The swimming pool was beautiful and the surrounding area extremely peaceful! Finally, I would like to praise how delicious the breakfast was - fruits, homemade cakes, jams and bread as well as scrambled eggs if you wanted ect...... I would definitely recommend this little piece of Heaven on Earth!

Beautiful house surrounded by greenery with a large and clean swimming pool. Free parking in the shade of pine trees. Rooms - clean, spacious, air-conditioned, perfectly furnished and equipped - comfortable and functional, but also with great taste. Some details sometimes need repair (leaky shower hose etc) but this is normal wear and tear and will not spoil the overall effect. In the rooms at the back of the building (from the pool side) silence and a beautiful view of the nearby hills, in the rooms with windows at the front of the building you can hear a little noise from the road. Excellent location near beautiful and clean beaches, 15 minutes’ walk away (no pedestrian path but we checked - access is not difficult and safe) or access by car (large paid parking lot), there are several nice restaurants by the beach. Nearby (max 20 min drive) several towns worth visiting (we recommend Piombino, Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Populonia, Baratti)
