The beds are comfortable and the area is quite, as it’s more residential. The place has a rustic, homey vibe. There is also a gorgeous garden. Sunny and Santoshi are lovely. Sunny is particularly good at communicating, even before you arrive he sends you a personal message to ask if you have any questions. There is also free luggage storage for people who going trekking. Thanks for a great stay!

It's closer to Kathmandu, like half an hour from Bouddha stupa, but very quiet, a bit up the hill, more of a rural setting, and close to Kopan monastery. Just ideal

Really beautiful location! Very fancy! Very quiet! Probably one of the best places I stayed during my 2-3months in Nepal. Breakfast is at this gorgeous restaurant next door. If you are there on Saturdays there this really cute farmers market. At night there is a guard out so it feels very secure

Rustic hotel located directly in the center of Thamel in undoubtedly the quietest alley in the area. The staff is friendly and there is a restaurant across the street with equally friendly staff. You can't go wrong for the price.

Very nice little community of people doing fitness together and enjoying each others company, where you also get some very low price accomodations. The owner is a really good guy and the people around are all very good people as well. Being in a rural area makes the nighttime very quiet and undisturbed. Many good things about this place that make it special. Love this place and the people

Rustic style boutique hotel. Very hospitable staff. Located within walking and taxi distance from main attractions including Narayanhiti museum, Garden of dreams, Hanuman Dhoka, Durbar square, Swayambunath and Boudha Stupa. We were given good, comfortable rooms adjacent to each other with a balcony as requested. Front office and restaurant staff were excellent!

A beautiful hotel with very friendly owners and staff. It is part of a very interesting community project also including design clothing production, a school, and organic farming. We had a few very good days staying in a beautiful calm area. The hike up to the mountain from 1800m to 2400m is a must-do. Food served at the restaurant is from local organic products and is just excellent.

Everything about the Dwarika's was excellent. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The room was beautiful. The grounds are spectacular. The food is very good (large portions too). We appreciated the sustainability aspects of the hotel - no single-use plastics, and the restaurants source much of the food from their farms locally.
