Also, after we checked out Franchessca called to check on our stay and I advised everything was fine and I think that by her calling and checking shows Great Customer Service and this hotel actual is concerned and cares about feedback from their guest. That is why i gave the hotel 10 Stars!

We like the patio right outside our room. We appreciated being able to get it again this year. We love the pool and beach being right there. The BackFlip Bar, staff and food/drinks are great. The restaurant in main lobby area and staff are great as well! We do like the convenience of being so close to Publix and Sea Ranch Lakes Shopping Center. We did really enjoy our stay. Not sure we are coming back next year.

Beach entrance is just out the door from the lobby and across the street, plus it's a block from Las Olas where all the bars are. There was even an awesome farmers market going on on the Saturday we were there. We also took advantage of all the hotel amenities — amazing pool, 2 free drinks per day, free bike rentals and free poolside yoga. We'd definitely stay again!LeahGroup

While waiting to check in because there is no early checkin. I noticed several patrons complaining about her attitude and professionalism. I think it’s family owned but the franchise needs to evaluate their partnership with them.
