We arrived 3 hours early. We were invited to a room with hot coffee and massage chairs. And very soon, our room was ready. Very good car parking. Lots of nature and animals. Excellent sauna. Breakfast. We had a great time and will definitely be back with the family. The owner is a very friendly and pleasant young man. Highly recommend!!!

Our kids were very happy helping the work (for cows) and playing with cats and go-karts.

Located 8 km from historical Tongeren and 12 km from the Dutch city of Maastricht, Hotel De Zwarte Stok is set in a Belgian farm dating back to 1620 in the Limburg Countryside. If you want to escape from city noises - this is the place. Perfectly quiet neighbourhood, a cosy little room and everything you need for a perfect stay. Breakfast is a real treat - delicious coffe, crusty bread and so much other food that we were not able to try all of it. And there is Annelore - the best host ever, who made us feel like at home. Everything was perfect! The kids love this place, this is our second time here and they want to come back again soon 😁, they love all the animals and were happy to feed them. In the nearby little forest was a small hiking path which turned out to be a great adventure trip for the kids.
