The owners are amazing and help you with absolutely everything. The place itself has a rustic style and it was very comfortable to stay for a week and also work a bit as it is spacious. The flat has everything you need and if you need anything extra, the owners are always available. The view is beautiful too. You are 15min walking distance to the coast and fee minutes with a scooter. We felt like at home and we had a great time!! All the best;)))

We loved the location, especially as it was far from the crowded areas. The place has a pet farm that children can play with. The food was great and the staff was fantastic. We even got to experience some local weddings. It may be a bit noisy for early sleepers but we felt we got a glimpse of the authentic Greece.

Spacious, clean, available parking, close to the more central part of Afytos. The host had a small goodbye gift for us - honey from a local farmer.

Clean and cosy, nice garden and pool for the kids. Friendly staff. The kid really enjoyed having farm animals nearby

Excellent accomodation. Very nice hosts. Spotless clean and maximum attention to the details. Perfect location. In a range of 100 m you have 3 supermarkets, bakery, farmacy, butchery (maybe you need :)), etc.. Paradisos Beach is on maximum 10 min. by foot. Perfect for a couple retreat. Whatch the steepy steps, though. Not for everyone! I almost forgot: every thursday is a free market 5 min. of you (in the port area). Don't miss it!

Personal nice and friendly. They will take care of u like a part of your family ❤️ The breakfast was fresh and so tasty, as we asked, food was homemade baking, fruit fresh from farm. Rooms are clean and place is near by nice marina and beach with clean water

An exceptional place to relax - with the kindest hosts that can exist … From the welcome drink with a detoxifying and cooling drink to the organic peaches from the own farm & the regular compliments of wine and Amperol - thank you - you are wonderful , you deserve it 🇧🇬

Truly a beautiful hotel with rooms with a nice view. The food in all restaurants was very tasty and the service excellent. The hotel had a beautiful farm where we picked tomatoes and aubergines, which the Chef cooked for us. It has many activities and most of all we liked the trip to Drenia Island.

Ktima Mimoza was the perfect place to stay with our family and friends. Friendly environment (Matina and her whole family were very kind and helpful to us), cleanless to its perfection and the the ktima on its self was just incredible, a cute farmhouse i would say. The family owns and a small tavern in the heart of Sykia village. The food there is delicious! Thank you Ktima Mimoza family. We hope to see you soon😊 P.s. The road leading to Ktima Mimoza is full of surprises. My daughter fall in live with the whole scene!!
