Located in a Kibbutz near the Jordan river, close to the birds watching center and Beit Shean ancient site, as well as to the "Springs Valley". thus a good starting point for trips in the area. The environment is of a rural village (Kibbutz), wat I missed is a breakfast in the dining room, which is no longer in service
The hotel itself is a historic building and is actually part of the city walls. The interior is absolutely stunning, resembling a museum, and even the walls in the corridors are protected by glass. Our room had a charming and rustic ambiance, reminiscent of the interior of a castle, and it was quite spacious. The breakfast at the hotel was also plentiful. By taking the elevator to the 3rd floor, you can access the city walls, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Acre and the ancient city. The scenery is truly beautiful.
Superb meals with real home cooking made with great skill and love. The location is brilliant - close to the Sea of Galillee and other attractions, but far enough away to be peaceful and in a unique rural and wild hills area. We love this family. Recommended for those who want to visit a place to meet a salt of the earth Israeli Family. We will certainly be going back on our next visit and cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had the best time here. The room was perfect for us as a family with young kids as they could be in a separate room. The breakfast is excellent. the general air of rural relaxed farm life is brilliant. there is so much to do in the local area - we can’t wait to return
We're staying here for the second (and not the last) time. It's a great value for money, and the place is great as well. It is rural, very child-friendly, has all the necessary facilities, utensils etc. I definitely recommend Bertha's Coffee for the families!
The facility the vegetable gardens and all the farm around the hotel
