Every room is fitted with a balcony with inner courtyard views. cleanliness, comfort, good location and the gentleman who received us was very friendly and attentive! we will be back for sure!

We loved this Guest House in a rural area close to Tanabe with a beautiful view of sea. The hosts Giovanni and Yakata were both very warm and welcoming. Giovanni cooked a fabulous 5 course Italian style meal for dinner and a lovely breakfast next morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the interaction with the hosts and other guests. We ordered the pickup and drop off which worked very smoothly.

The guesthouses is located in a quiet area of Minabe amidst plum orchards. It is a renovated traditional house of a plum farmer, smells wonderfully of wood and is very peaceful. I had the best stay imaginable here, thanks to the friendly owner, the incredible house and the kind locals living in Minabe.

The owners are super lovely and very welcoming. The optional food is very tasty - we loved the appetisers, homemade pasta and dessert. The farm has a nice view and having turkeys and goats nearby seemed really cute.

Overall, it was a decent stay for the price. Lady that met us was friendly and helpful - provided maps, bus schedules, tips, and nearby restaurant recommendations. Facility was rustic, and we were the only guest that stayed the night so that was a plus. Close to Kii Tanabe Station and just 15 minute walk to the waterfront (Ogigahama Park) for a beautiful sunset.

A little haven in the mountains, away from the town, great meals by owner couple who specialises in Italian Jap cuisine. V fresh goat cheese produce from own farm.

The scenery is cute, but it is in the middle of nowhere, and extremely hard to drive around. Plenty of farms around. House itself is cute.

the location, the helpfulness of Giovanni and Yutaka. We loved their enthusiasm for their rural farm life and kai using their produce. Yum. Giovanni took us to our start point on the Kumano Kodo too. Brilliant.
