Rustic Location

We enjoyed our stay at one of Ivan’s apartments! It was clean, comfortable, with a direct pool access and a beach just a few steps away! Ivan was a great host, awesome captain to take us on a boat ride through the Boka Bay and an amaaaaazing cook preparing for us some super delicious and fresh grilled fish, shrimp and mussels that he farms himself 🤩 Truly an amazing experience, would definitely recommend it and for sure will ve back!! Thank you Ivan for your great hospitality!

The place was so nice and calm with farm like feeling. There are chickens, sheeps wondering, super friendly cat and the best part was the donkey who just loves human company! The view to the kotor bay was amazing and even for the farm like feel the old town and the city are 10minute walking distance away. This truly was an amazing place to explore the wonders and beaty of Kotor! 10/10!

The location is super - right in the center of the tourustic area, near the cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from the Old town Kotor and supermarket "Voli". The rooms were clean and bright. Small kitchen is well-equipped. The owners live in the same building, they are very welcoming and helpful. The buinding is not in the first line, but the view from the balcony is stunning.

Whole apartment is beautiful, recently refurbished in rustic style, very comfortable with big terrace and perfect view. It has two bathrooms and a lot of amenities. Location is in the heart of Perast and with your own private parking place (the only one apartment in Perast with its own parking). Hosts were super kind and allowed us to stay longer and keep the car in their parking for almost whole day.

Rustic but modern charm. Spacious rooms. Beautiful gardens and pool. Ana was so friendly and helpful. Complimentary wine on arrival. Fresh clean linen and towels. Beach towels, robes and slippers provided. Beautiful views across the bay.

it was very rustic and simple but beautiful. the room was huge. we loved the sound of the bells from the churches in the morning. The host was so accommodating in every way and did our washing for free. We’ve been traveling for weeks so it was amazing to have this sort of service. He gave us all sorts of tips on our experiences and booked the Blue Cave tour for us with a discount. We couldn’t be more impressed and grateful.

3 mins walk from private parking spot! The Owner ‘Rara’ was the most helpful person we have known. not only did he sort out our parking but also spent over 45mins sorting out our phones (we brought SIM cards from Bosnia) so that they will work in Kotor! Very clean and lovely place, excellent for a couple! this property is located within the walls of the fort and has that rustic feel.
