It was not working but they made it work for us, we are really thankful for that. The staff is very friendly and helped not only with that. When we came in the evening, we asked for a trip to Delta for the next day, they arranged it and we could join people from a different hotel, for a reasonable price. Trip was really good, we could see so many birds in their natural habitat in Dunai Delta which is one of few last places in the world where you can see untouched nature. Hotel staff cares a lot and pay attention to the details, the hotel area is very clean, as well as the room. We really liked the pool area where you can chill. You can find everything you need but at the same time the whole place is small enough to feel comfortable, as we do not like big hotels with many people. On the top of that they serve really good food, especially the breakfast was great - the best breakfast we had in Romania. We definitely recommend this place.
