The location was superb; 1.4 km from Dukezong ancient city and a short walk to the White Pagoda Temple and the bus stop to take Bus 3 to Songzanlin Monastery. Service was exceptional. We arrived at the resort at about noon and was immediately checked-in without hesitation. A staff offered to walk us to the nearby bus stop. When we asked to delay our check-out to 12.30 p.m the reception staff replied "Oh, you can even check-out later if you wish" The lobby was beautiful. Our Twin Room comes with 2 large beds and was so cozy. The buffet breakfast was great and has a wide variety.

The property has a very unique ambience living in cabin that is quite modern while the surrounding area is very much with nature. I highly recommend this place when you visit Shangri-la In addition, the chef is a great cook! Try the yak meat hot pot and the property can also arrange if you would to do bbq (they prepare the ingredients so make sure to tell them your meal arrangement).
