Erol was in contact, and gave us brilliant instructions re directions; access lane; key location; local walks, attractions and pubs! As for the property....everything you need and more. Luxurious bath/shower rooms, comfy beds, high spec kitchen. The cottage is only eclipsed by the location and panoramic views from most rooms! Most certainly, Barmoth is where the Mountains meet the Sea!

The rooms are superb, the beds are soooo comfy, the view is breathtaking!!! Breakfast and dinner are wow!!! They even have their own chickens, and we are so sorry Toby chased Kevin the cockerel!! There is an atmosphere of comfort and luxury, the place is so relaxing. Thanks Guys we hope to see you in March xx love Jo , Steve and Toby.

Hotel was lovely cannot fault it, yes there is probably a few things to do here and there but I'm sure if we all stayed at the complainers houses we could all pick faults too. If you want 5 star luxury then stop been tight and pay for it, Please people ignore the bad reviews I've read online quite frankly I have no idea what they are talking about.
