    amazing staff, all cheerful and happy to help. the cocktail bar & night club was brilliant too, lovely staff and wonderful drinks! the room was perfect, amazing views , it got cleaned and made up each day! we did leave the cleaners & reception staff a little thank you gift as they 100% deserved it , they made our stay so welcoming and so perfect! honestly this hotel deserved 5 stars!

    Gold standard, 5 stars. Unbelievably beautiful and well kept apartment. And the welcome food gifts of home made cakes and jam were incredibly welcoming and kind. I'll definitely recommend this wonderful place to my friends and family although reluctantly as once the word is out I imagine it will be hard to book!

    Our family had an outstanding experience. The place was spotlessly clean and had a modern design. It provided all the amenities I needed. The host, James provided all necessary information for the accommodation and also helpful information about Bournemouth. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking a wonderful stay. 5 stars!

    This apartment was the nicest place that we have ever stayed in for a holiday and we are so pleased we found it on Booking.com. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and light and airy. The beds were very comfortable and we liked all the modern facilities/equipment that was in the apartment. We give it 5 Stars!

    The Breakfast was excellent! The Restaurant and Bar really modern and spotless. The Staff in the Restaurant at Breakfast were all so friendly. Kirsty was so lovely. She took the time every Morning to ask how we were and our plans for the Day! What a bright sunny personality she has. Outstanding Customer Service from her. She’s a big asset to this Hotel! 5 Stars for her.
