Generally clean and really nice staff. Room was cleaned for us which was great. Perfect location if your planning on going out at night or shopping and nice to know you can walk back quickly if you’ve forgotten anything like we did! Not a 5 star- but you aren’t paying five star prices!

The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bathroom was no better than an ibis. We had to ask for the soap dispenser to be filled. The bin wasn’t emptied on one occasion. In the spa there weren’t enough loungers. I would not say this is a five star. Expensive for the type of accommodation.
