The staff was exceptional! Everyone went out of their way to help us and make our stay very pleasant. Our suite was beautifully decorated and the grounds are lovely (especially love your peonies)!

Beautiful surroundings , warm and cosy as described, beds , linen and bathroom shower was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the things we needed to self cater, including the air fryer. We would recommend this to all friends and relatives, we are hoping to rent this property again in the near future. Not far to drive to the lakes and shopping retail park. recommended with 5 stars.MohanGroup

Absolutely 5 stars for this location, tucked away beside Booths (a favourite place to shop) and with a level walk to the main street with all its pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of rural walks from the town (although it is all uphill to start with...) with some fabulous views of this area at the edge of the Lakes. The railway station is also a level walk of about ten minutes.

Tonia has thought of everything to make guests happy and comfortable. The house is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. It's all 5 star. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
