The views are amazing, the property was just perfect and there is a footpath leading up to the town. The employee who was there on our stay took hospitality to the next level. He was attentive and so kind. Our remote didn’t work for the tv and I kept forgetting to tell him and we came back to our room done up and the remote already changed. The breakfast menu was amazing and so good!

Breakfast was excellent, better than other places which brag of cordon-blue trained chefs. The setting is superb with great views and masses of bird life of many species ensuring there is always something to look at. We have stayed at many of the top-rated hotels / B&Bs in Lynton and this by far the best for conviviality, food and value for money.

It’s truly a 5-star luxury bed and breakfast. Robert and Richard are wonderful hosts who provide their guests with very exquisite and attentive service. From delicious cream tea on arrival, to a purple Platinum Jubilee Gift Hamper, to a very impressive breakfast, the whole experience staying in Highcliffe House was incredible. We would highly recommend this unique, beautiful and luxury B&B to everyone.
