We couldnt have had a better stay. Breakfast was great, and the spa / pool were modern and well equipped. The welcome was also exceptional; warm, friendly and helpful staff. We loved the room which overlooked the sea and breathtaking scenery. The food and restaurant experience for all meals was 5 star. Parking is chaotic on the side of a hill - but the hotel has a fine system to handle it all. Front desk is good, the spa and pool are fit-for-purpose. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the estuary. Dinner is superb with a decent menu that emphasises fish dishes - well cooked. Nice wine list. Make sure to book in advance - the restaurant is always packed. Best rooms with a view are on the top two floors.
