An amazing experience from Pradeep and his team, we arrived at a terrible time of 5am and he was personally there waiting to take us to our room. We had what we wanted when we wanted it, a truly personalised experience with an instant response by WhatsApp to any request. The food was amazing, the best butter chicken (not on the menu BTW) I've ever eaten and as this place only have 6 rooms it is never busy, you feel you are on holiday in your own home. The place is exceptionally well maintained and the grounds beautiful.

One of the best hotel with everything amazing impression right from the arrival and till our departure. It was Just perfect. The hotel has beautiful view. The staff of the hotel are fantastic. Always takes care of its guests with a smile on their face. Ms. Sangeeta was in touch prior arrival , helped us with the early check in which we are very grateful.. she is very competent, friendly and helpful and very caring towards us. Person like her makes very big difference ,creates a great atmosphere. She personally ensured that our stay in the hotel was amazing. Nehash was very good. Firstly on arrival , I was immediately upgraded to a much higher category room. The room service food was as usual great. Every small or big request was dealt with superbly in a few minutes. For me , Panjims best hotel in terms of VFM, location, service and food.
