We stayed in the Monsoon Villa, and it was simply a little piece of paradise surrounded by the countryside experiencing Sri Lanka at its best. From the time we arrived to departure, we felt so welcome, staff couldn't do enough for us with beautiful food and service. Whilst out of the city, the hotel offers everything you need and more, and we actually liked the tranquillity coming from Colombo. Honestly, do yourself a favour and don't hesitate to book here. We wish we could have stayed longer!

I’ve stayed in this lovely hotel for over more than fifty times and not a single time I was let down by the extremely warm staff with their professionalism and and attention to customer needs. it has been constant throughout from earlier employees to the new ones today. kudos to the new trainee staff MAHESH for his professionalism and attending customer needs going beyond and above. being a new employee he managed to help me out on a critical situation providing me with a quick solution upon consulting the senior staff and taking time out of his regular duties. the front office staff including the supervisors and managers have done an amazing job polishing the new employees up to maintain the high standards they’d been keeping in the property for all these years. thanks to MAHESH and all the outstanding past and the present employees of Vivanta Katunayake, All the very best!!!🙏🏽
