It is a very beautiful luxury hotel. Everything was gorgeous and perfect. Food was very good and lots of good deal. We did not want to leave, so we stayed 2 extra days.

High class hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast! Staff senses your needs and offers a solution before you ask for it. We didn't ask for an extea crib but they put it in the room already because they knew we travelled as a family with small children. Ithought there was only one hotel with this high standard of quality but this one is one of the best in Khon Kaen and maybe even the best. Location is great if you have a car because it is in a quiet area of Khon Kaen city.

It seems as though they couldn’t do enough for you. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The location was fairly central and an easy walk to the Central Festival shopping mall. I think the beds could do with an upgrade. Mine was a single. I found it hard and sagged in the middle and felt a little lumpy. It wasn’t horrible mind you but for that luxury feel that the Pullman experience delivers, the beds need looking at

The mattress was soft, the hot water in the shower outstanding, the air-conditioning cool. It was a perfect place to stay for a night. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well, including the made-to-order omelet. The staff members were all courteous and helpful. I will stay here again.DanielSolo traveller
