Loved the little courtyard and active fireplace (couldn't see carbon monoxide alarm though). Lots of great facilities, great shops, cafes and restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Our room was very really comfortable and had everything you needed, very light and spacious.

The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure and temperature were great. The paint colours and decor were great and showed nice style in the upgrades and updates to what is an old hotel. It feels luxurious and fancy staying here! There are some "rough around the edges" things, but nothing so outstanding that it needs mentioning. The room was spotless.
