The facility was new construction and I was the first to use my room. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for the reason why I came to Tampa. Good location for shopping and close to the freeway.

Nothing really other than the price. It was the CHEAPEST, so already had an idea that it wasn't going to be a "perfect" stay. We just wanted a room that was decent enough for us to lay our heads for a couple hours, then drive home after a late concert.
