to be honest, really nothing to complain about, the staff were really good very attentive but not intrusive.... on our last morning, the chef failed to show up but the young man who was there, was so lovely, very professional and genuinely concerned that we had something to eat. 5 stars to this young man... the hotel is very inviting and comfortable...great location with parking.... we will definitely return... thank you

Karl and Jocelyn were lovely hosts and made sure we were very welcolm. They couldn't have been more helpful, which made for a very delightful stay. The breakfast was superb and probably one of the most comprehensive and excellent breakfasts we have ever had. Westwood House was ideally situated at the top of the high street with easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants. Overall and very enjoyable 5 stars.

Everything was great. Location was perfect. Staff specially Karla and Mark were amazing. Spacious room and toilet. Breakfast was delicious. Overall 5 stars and Will definitely visit again.

amazing staff, all cheerful and happy to help. the cocktail bar & night club was brilliant too, lovely staff and wonderful drinks! the room was perfect, amazing views , it got cleaned and made up each day! we did leave the cleaners & reception staff a little thank you gift as they 100% deserved it , they made our stay so welcoming and so perfect! honestly this hotel deserved 5 stars!

Apsolutely outstanding!! Not only was this a perfect location, the apartment was spotless, Very classy, loads of extra touches that made us feel truly welcome. 5 stars isn't enough as it truly exceeded this, Chris and Kim are wonderful people and very welcoming and very helpful for any information regarding the location and where to go! Will definitely be booking again in the future! Thank you Very much!!!

Outstanding hotel, Manager couldn't be more polite. I would highly recommend the Washington House Hotel to anybody looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay. 5 Stars

Breakfast is served between 8 and 10am. We woke up at 10 and realised we had missed Breakfast. This is my partners worst nightmare...Rushed down to a very smart and smiley front of house member of staff, who managed to persuade the chef to take pity on us. And what a Breakfast it was...5 Stars..That's what good service is! Thankyou very much. We will definitely be back and next time for dinner too. Lovely ambience in the restaurant.

The Breakfast was excellent! The Restaurant and Bar really modern and spotless. The Staff in the Restaurant at Breakfast were all so friendly. Kirsty was so lovely. She took the time every Morning to ask how we were and our plans for the Day! What a bright sunny personality she has. Outstanding Customer Service from her. She’s a big asset to this Hotel! 5 Stars for her.
