Exceptional as always. Extra touches such as a birthday card and chocolates in our room. The staff are so attentive and kind. We enjoyed afternoon tea upon arrival, sitting by an open fire! Our suite was just perfect.

The staff were excellent. So kind and friendly. Beautiful hotel, breakfast was 5 stars, the room and facilities were perfect. Leisure centre facilities are gorgeous too. On arrival to our room we received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which really was a fabulous touch.

We have been in 5 stars and other 4 stars all over Ireland and this one was really clean, I never seen clean hotel in Ireland before, this was my first one. The only thing is that they should clean exterior of their windows more often.
