The interiors are plush and very luxurious. The staff was very courteous and Friendly especially the Front office Manager Mr. Shailendra Singh . We had booked 4 rooms and all of us had a Mini Bar full of soft drinks and beer absolutely free for ourselves. This was in addition to the chocolates and Chips packets kept on the house. The Breakfast was superb and the Sous Chef Miss Patel was personally interacting with the guests. There was also a EV Rickshaw to take us to the beach which is complimentary. The swimming pool was awesome and so was the massage spa.

The staff were all extremely helpful and made us feel truely pampered throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vikram in the JW Kitchen who made our stay extra special and one not to forget - he really went above and beyond! The hotel had a great variety of different food (all very delicious) and we also loved the gorgeous pool and generously sized gym. Overall this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be back if every visiting Goa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

Location was pretty far from the Dabolim Airport...but perfect.

An amazing experience from Pradeep and his team, we arrived at a terrible time of 5am and he was personally there waiting to take us to our room. We had what we wanted when we wanted it, a truly personalised experience with an instant response by WhatsApp to any request. The food was amazing, the best butter chicken (not on the menu BTW) I've ever eaten and as this place only have 6 rooms it is never busy, you feel you are on holiday in your own home. The place is exceptionally well maintained and the grounds beautiful.

Highlights: - The purpose of the trip was to do a recce of areas where my mum could relocate to. The guidance and advice we received from Hotel Manager, Mr Suhash Bose, and Operations Manager, Mr Vikram Singh was extremely valuable. They took time to sit down with us, on a regular basis, and shared feedback, as well as checked in on how we were getting on with the process. The level of personalised service was exceptional! - A special mention also goes out to (F&B) Arvind, Rohit, Nashi, Amit; (Housekeeping Manager) Lithin, and to Tapan at front desk. Great attention to detail, and if there was a possibility, I would click 7 stars for the service received! Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!

The massage at the spa was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The hotel was clean and maintained high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the facilities were excellent and the accessibility features in the room were very useful and thoughtfully designed for the guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely want to come back!
