The staff were all extremely helpful and made us feel truely pampered throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vikram in the JW Kitchen who made our stay extra special and one not to forget - he really went above and beyond! The hotel had a great variety of different food (all very delicious) and we also loved the gorgeous pool and generously sized gym. Overall this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be back if every visiting Goa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

YOu would ever feel that you are in the hotel there, it feels just like it is your villa and you came for a holiday. The property manager will take care of anything you need. We needed to rent a bike; they covered all our headaches. We just took the bike and gave it back, with no paperwork. Breakfast is any time. Also, if there is something you would like to have that is not on the many, ask, and they will get it for you) My husband ordered a bottle of wine, and when it was not finished, they just put it in the fridge, so next day he could enjoy it as well. And everything you can imagine)! The corporate culture there is something special; that's why the level of service is so high! It's full of love and care. I would like to thank the property manager Devansh; he made our stay special and unforgettable.

Built in 2010 and spread over the sprawling Champakali estate overlooking 300 acres of virgin coconut plantations and the magnificent Mandovi river delta, The Postcard Velha has an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. An amazing experience from Pradeep and his team, we arrived at a terrible time of 5am and he was personally there waiting to take us to our room. We had what we wanted when we wanted it, a truly personalised experience with an instant response by WhatsApp to any request. The food was amazing, the best butter chicken (not on the menu BTW) I've ever eaten and as this place only have 6 rooms it is never busy, you feel you are on holiday in your own home. The place is exceptionally well maintained and the grounds beautiful.

This property is not on the beach but has quick access to the beach separated by a road. The rooms are spacious and my request to allocate my choice of seaview rooms on a higher floor was acceded to and the view from the rooms on the sixth floor are a visual treat anytime of the day and night. Undoubtedly the best thing of the hotel are the staff and I encountered the most pleasant , helpful staff during my stay here. From our speedy check-in by Lithin at the front desk to all others , the housekeeping staff, staff at the restaurant Rohit, Jessica, Soham and others our needs were taken care of. The staff also displayed a demeanour of pleasantness beyond the routine. The restaurant Mynt is airy, comfortable and the the chef does provide a great variety of delectable dishes to suit different palates. There is a pool on the terrace which offer great views of Miramar beach and the poolside bar offers a happy hour promotion of buy one ,get one free from 6 to 9 pm. Certainly would choose this centrally located hotel again .
