Helpful at each and every step. We're grateful to Mr. TAHA & MISS PRERNA at the reception, who guided and helped us in every aspect. We were not comfortable at 19th floor, without any delay Mr. Taha upgraded and shifted us to the room of our choice, where we were very satisfied and confortable. Thanks Mr. Taha once again for making our stay delicious. Almighty God bless you all
