After a series of overpriced supposedly luxury hotels in India this was the first one that really got it right that wasn't crazy expensive. Place was wonderfully clean, luxuriously decorated (!), room was great, shower was at least very good, beds were very clean, towels good, bathroom spacious, breakfast and restaurant was excellent, second best of the whole trip of ~10 hotels, nice pool and rooftop, awesome courtyard. MRG group seems to "get it" compared to a whole series of properties that just don't seem to understand what they are getting wrong. I mean, they had a guy dusting the lamp shades one by one with a cloth! Stay here!

Massive room and well appointed bathrooms with fine toiletries and good water pressure. Modest choice of breakfast, which was otherwise very tasty. Staff were courteous , attentive and ever willing to assist. Highly recommend taking a tour of the palace. The location of the property was stunning, being surrounded by the views of Aravalli mountains meant beautiful views and lots of birds everywhere. Will return.
