They really went above and beyond to personalize my stay -- setting up a gorgeous little poolside table for my dinner, arranging transportation, giving me a tour of the property and its fascinating history, etc. Food was excellent. Property is beautiful. And, as a bonus, it's quite convenient to the airport. Highly recommend!

Located 4 km from Negombo Beach Park in Negombo, Waterland has 5 air-conditioned villas, each with an infinity-edge plunge pool. Guests benefit from flat-screen TVs with satellite channels is provided. We had three different rooms/villas which were all very beautifully decorated and clean. The private pools were a lovely addition and we enjoyed being a little bit away from the centre; half an hour on foot or a quick tuk tuk ride.
